Preparation for 9th START International Short Film Festival continues. This year’s festival, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “Cinema” Center of Young Cinematographers will be held with a number of innovations. From this year, the winners of the festival will be awarded with the “Golden Pomegranate” award.
Recall that the International Short Film Festival was established in 2004 by the Cinema Center for Young Cinematographers. The aim is to watch and discuss young works in the cinema, to identify the most talented among them, to take care of them, to encourage young authors, to familiarize themselves with the processes that take place in the world practice in the relevant field.
On November 14, 15, 16 and 17, 9th “START” International Short Film Festival will be held in Baku.
